New MAX 16 Ga. Finish Nailer NF565/16 Preview
MAX USA CORP. announces the availability of their new 16 Ga. finish tool NF565/16 to the North and South American markets. This exciting new tool helps complete the MAX 100 PSI tool line.
The NF565/16 will shoot 16 Ga. Finish nails from 1 1/4”-2 1/2” in length and weighs in at only 3.5lbs.
The new tool includes dial adjustable depth control to set the nail right every time, no mar contact tip to protect the work surface, easy jam clearance, carrying case, easy twist air deflector and a belt hook.
The new NF565/16 also features a switchable fire mechanism to go from single shot to contact fire. You can select the fire mode for your application.
Applications include finish work, cabinetry, door and window casing, paneling, flooring, furniture assembly and case back assembly.

What sort of task would you need bump fire on a finish nailer? I’ve used a couple different MAX brand rebar tie-ers. They work awesome for tying huge mats. I’m sure the quality of this nailer is similar.
Good point about bump nailing. I think that feature is to appease the older clan that can’t stand today’s safety features. Then again MAX won’t send out demo’s….so we’ll never know.
