Testing the new Duo-Fast Cordless Roofing Nailer DFCR175C
If you follow this site you know that I enjoy reviewing tools. For me, part of reviewing a tool is to try to use it in the field on applications that it was intended for.
Tools are designed for specific functions but as you know we often use tools for applications that they were not intended or designed for . Sometimes users find interesting and new ways to use a tool . . . Here I am using the Duo-Fast Cordless Roof Nailer to install windows.
Using a roofing nailer to install windows? YUP and it was a huge time saver too!
The nailer was used to insert roofing nails into the window flanges. At first I was worried that the nailer would be too powerful and drive through or crack the window installation flange.
I’m happy to report that there were no cracks at all!
